Our partner ANIPO
A solution against instrument theft

Do you want to fight against the trafficking of musical instruments, to be able to find and return a stolen instrument to its owner? ANIPO, a company created by musicians, offers a network of solidarity for tracing instruments with immediate contact to facilitate their restitution.
Through the progressive construction of a large
database and a community of supportive musicians, ANIPO is attempting to initiate a new approach in the fight against instrument theft, an approach that ABG Assurances has chosen to associate itself.

How does ANIPO work?

It's quick and easy! First you have to create a free account on ANIPO, then register your instrument. If the instrument is subsequently stolen, you then declare it as such.
ANIPO's commitments :

  • no data is public until the instrument is reported stolen,un outil gratuit offert aux musiciens par les musiciens,
  • a free tool provided to musicians by musicians,
  • no scams, no hidden institutions, no "you are the product",
  • a unique global database created to fight against instrument trafficking all over the world.

Some tips on how to protect your instruments

  • Register your instrument on ANIPO. Provide information about it, its measurements, photos, sales receipt, certificate of authenticity, valuation, etc. It will be much easier to identify in case of a loss.
  • Attach a label with your details to the case of your instrument.
ABG Insurance will give you this label free of charge if you subscribe to us and register your instruments with ANIPO.
  • When you travel, always keep your instrument in your field of vision.
  • Invest in a luggage lock with steel cable to secure your case on a train or elsewhere.
  • Never leave your instrument in the boot or the passenger compartment of a car.

Everything is still being built, so we have have the motto:  "Musicians of all countries, sign up!"
We'll provide you with the ANIPO label upon presentation of your registration confirmation.
